In November 2016 I travelled to the United States to meet and interview Peter Hyatt.
Peter is a highly respected expert in statement analysis and in his work he teaches other professionals and assists law enforcement on criminal cases.
When we speak, the process of constructing sentences in our mind involves deciding which tense to use, which words to select from our vocabulary and what order to put them in.
This mental process all happens in a fraction of a second.
If somebody is constructing sentences from their experiential memory, ie, recalling something real that actually happened to them, the process of word selection follows particular patterns and characteristics, which can be easily identified by a trained statement analyst.
If however a person is fabricating and being untruthful when they speak, the natural cognitive process of choosing and ordering words is interrupted, because the mind must censor and insert artificial information in a very short time period.
This means the language of somebody who is fabricating is characteristically different and can be picked up by a trained analyst like Peter Hyatt.
He has analysed in depth an interview that Kate and Gerry McCann gave in 2011 and throughout the entire interview both Kate and Gerry it appears show signs of deception.
Not only that, Peter determines from their language what he believes to be what it is they are concealing.
The conclusions are shocking.

There is much to learn about the background of this human tragedy [watch the document above]:
In sharp contrast with the USA, Argentina is a Mafia state, with no separation of powers, the administration of justice is at the mercy of political power (the custody of children is not shared between the parents but arbitrary given to the mother regardless of any shortcomings, even if she makes impossible for the children to benefit of regular contact with their father). Argentina is not a representative democracy but an oligarchy of state parties [for more information read 'A Pure Theory of Democracy' and 'A Pure Theory of the Republic' by Antonio Garcia-Trevijano]. Thus institutional corruption in Argentina is widespread (25% of the population suffer utter poverty in a country reach in natural resources), murderous violence is an everyday pathology: the assault and insults documented in TV [watch the document below] from the maternal uncle on Mr Dennis Burns and his daughters is but a small example of the bloody violence and impunity ravaging Argentine.

Many USA and French citizens are not aware of their exceptional luck belonging to the only countries in the world that enjoy true Democratic institutions. There is, of course, room for improvements, but your constitutional founding fathers had the insight and love for your country to logically create representative Democracy, the only true democracy that exists today in countries with large populations. Charles de Gaulle adopted it after experiencing the II World War (which could had been avoided if Germany had a representative democracy) to save his beloved France from the institutional corruption produced by the oligarchy of state parties (proportional voting system which brought Vichy to power) suffered until the IV republic; which is still the anti-democratic system in Germany (despite it could produce another Hitler sooner or later), in Mexico, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Russia... and most countries around the world where institutional corruption make justice and fairness exceptions to the nepotist rule.
This said, it is an absurd contradiction that the USA and France do not try to educate the many countries around the world they “help” to get rid of dictatorships by firmly setting as a sine qua condition that if they want your help they have to adopt representative Democracy to rule their own countries; avoiding thus new corrupt dictatorships like now in Egypt and unreliable allies everywhere.

It is almost a miracle that Victoria and Sophia were delivered from the hell endured their past 5 years; an everyday hell aggravated by the pathological hysteria (simulation and lies) of their alienating mother and brutality of her maternal clan. Therefore it must not be underestimated the significant work Victoria and Sophia will face in the years ahead to free themselves from the umbilical cord enchaining them via the Unconscious to the bad or good mother each of us incarnated by birth. The difficult duty of a father is to guide by the example in this human quest for personal freedom and fulfilment of one's talents for life. A task similar to the guidance of Virgil to Dante to walk free from Hell to his own heaven.

'A Father's Love'

A Father's Love tells the sometimes painful story of David Goldman's five year ordeal, in bringing his son back to his home in New Jersey from Brazil.
In 1997 when David was working in Italy, he met a Brazilian woman named Bruna Bianchi Soon the couple fell in love. The two married and made their home in a New Jersey seaside community where David resided, and two years later in 2000, their son Sean was born.
Since Bruna's family was from Brazil, the couple would often travel there a few times a year. In 2004, Bruna and Sean flew to Brazil for a two week vacation. David was to meet them there the following week, but four days into her visit she called her husband David to say that she wanted a divorce, as well as full custody of their son Sean. Shocked and in a state of disbelief, for over three years David struggled to find someone to help him to get his abducted son back. He made several trips to Brazil to see his son, but was repeatedly denied access to the boy, except for occasional and brief telephone calls. Gifts and cards which were sent to Sean by his father were sometimes returned.
Despite international court battles and judgments, his wife refused to give up their son. She divorced her husband David, and she married a prominent Brazilian attorney named Juno Paulo Lins e Silva. In August of 2008, the unimaginable occurred when Bruna died giving birth to her new husband's baby. Bruna's new husband seemed even more determined to see that David remained out of his son Sean's life, and he petitioned the court in Brazil to have Goldman's name removed from his birth certificate after Bruna passed away.
David Goldman, however, had no intentions of giving up on ever seeing his son again. More determined than ever, and assisted by New Jersey State Rep Chris Smith, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama, David was finally successful in returning Sean to his home in New Jersey on Christmas Eve in 2009. Even though Goldman was successful in bringing his son home, the Brazilan family continued to bring court actions against Goldman, believing that Sean should be raised by Bruna's mother.

Each day since Sean returned home with his natural father, the two have grown closer and closer, establishing routines and trust and respect for each other. Even though not every day has been perfect, Sean is thriving in school and at home, since being returned to his birthplace and the home where his life began.
Well told, A Father's Love, is a poignant look at just how far a parent will go to do what is right on behalf of their child. I enjoyed this book, and feel that it not only tells the Goldman's story, but opens the communication to expose the fact that this is not an isolated case. International child abduction by parents is a very real problem that needs more exposure, and harsher penalties for offenders.

1.500 casos, tres tumbas vacías y ningún imputado por robar bebés

Un año después de la primera denuncia colectiva, los fiscales se sienten frustrados> “Sí, se robaron niños, pero nos faltan pruebas para acusar”.
1.500 casos denunciados, tres tumbas vacías y ningún acusado. Es el balance de un año de investigación sobre el robo de niños cometido en España durante medio siglo, desde los años 40 a los 90. “Sí, en España se robaron niños, pero lamentablemente nos faltan pruebas para castigar a quienes los robaron y no creo que las vayamos a conseguir. Ojalá me equivoque”, confiesa el fiscal de una de las provincias con más casos, que pide que no se mencione su nombre. “Todos estamos en general muy frustrados porque a veces los supuestos robos se cometieron en hospitales que hoy ya no existen y, por tanto, no hay documentación; otras veces ha pasado tanto tiempo que los médicos o matronas implicados han muerto, y los que aún viven no se acuerdan de nada, o no quieren acordarse. Algunos nos han dicho: ‘Yo sé que las cosas no se hacían bien’, pero son declaraciones muy genéricas, insuficientes para imputar un delito a alguien”.
Otro fiscal corrobora esa misma frustración: “Las denuncias siguen llegando, es un goteo constante, pero no tenemos pruebas suficientes para imputar delitos o judicializar los casos”.
Incluso la mayor evidencia, la de los ataúdes vacíos, no parece ser suficiente. “Las exhumaciones son muy elocuentes, demuestran que a los padres les mintieron, pero no aportan ninguna nueva pista sobre el paradero de ese niño. A efectos jurídicos, lamentablemente, están casi en la misma situación quienes han encontrado una tumba vacía que los que no”, asegura el fiscal.

Spanish society has been shaken by allegations of the theft and trafficking of thousands of babies by nuns, priests and doctors, which started under Franco and continued up to the 1990s.
I first met Manoli Pagador in Getafe, in a working-class suburb of Madrid. She was attending a meeting for people affected by the scandal Spaniards call "ninos robados" - stolen children.
She has three daughters and lots of grandchildren, but she has never got over the loss of her first-born - a son - nearly 40 years ago.
She had come to think she was crazy for believing he was alive, instead of dead and buried as hospital doctors had told her.
"Now," she said, gripping my hand tightly. "Look around the room at the other women here. All like me. The same background. The same experience. I'm not mad and my family finally believes me."

Hijo de desaparecidos defendió a sus apropiadores.

Un hijo de un matrimonio desaparecido durante la última dictadura y que fue apropiado cuando tenía menos de un año de edad declaró hoy en esta ciudad ante la Justicia y defendió a su familia de crianza.
...Según fuentes judiciales, el joven refirió las circunstancias de su llegada a la casa de los Tejada como "un acto de amor", y en todo momento intentó desligar de su apropiación a Raquel Quinteros, la esposa del ex militar Luis Tejada.
"Si no fuera por ellos no sé qué hubiese sido de mí o si hoy estaría acá. Son mi familia", dijo el testigo al diario de Cuyo. El joven reclamó a la Justicia que le devuelva el Documento Nacional de Identidad que le retuvo en diciembre de 2009, luego de que el Banco de Datos Genéticos confirmó que era hijo de una pareja de militantes de Montoneros desaparecida en Mendoza.
Poco antes de ser secuestrados en Mendoza, Francisco Luis Goya y María Lourdes Martínez Aranda habían regresado de España a Mendoza. "Cuando ves la realidad por dentro te das cuenta de que mi vieja no tiene parte en nada de esto, y de eso estoy convencido y seguro. Y mi viejo es muy poca la injerencia que tuvo. No era un superior" militar, explicó Tejada acerca de sus apropiadores.
Para el joven, tanto su familia biológica como la que componen los Tejada "están unidas" en él, más allá de las "diferencias". Luis Tejada y su esposa cumplen una detención domiciliaria dispuesta por el Tribunal Oral Federal encabezado por el juez sanjuanino Hugo Echegaray, y que integran también Raúl Fourcade, de San Luis; y Héctor Cortés, de Mendoza. Los acusados están siendo juzgados por la apropiación ilegal de Jorge Guillermo Goya.

"El robo de niños fue falsa caridad"

Durante medio siglo, en España se robaron hijos recién nacidos.
El fiscal jefe provincial de Madrid, Eduardo Esteban Rincón, de 53 años, tiene sobre su mesa "más de 200 casos de niños robados". Los ha repartido entre nueve fiscales y está decidido a "llegar hasta el final". "Para mí, como casi para todos los españoles, fue una sorpresa descubrir que esto no ocurrió solo en la posguerra, que no era solo una cosa de monjitas y presas rojas, sino que se acerca hasta nuestros días y afecta a muchas personas", explica.
Madrid es la región de España que más denuncias ha recibido por estos casos, y Esteban el primer fiscal en atreverse a llamar a declarar a los médicos y monjas que las víctimas señalan directamente como responsables del robo de sus hijos. Entre ellos, el doctor Eduardo Vela Vela, de 77 años, exdirector de la clínica San Ramón de Madrid, que durante años funcionó como una auténtica fábrica de bebés. "Su nombre aparece en muchos expedientes", explica el fiscal. Vela acudió a declarar a finales de julio. "Reconoció haber actuado en aquellos partos, pero negó haber ocultado o robado a ningún niño". En septiembre, está previsto que responda a las preguntas del fiscal sor María Gómez Valbuena, colaboradora del doctor Vela en la clínica San Ramón.
La fiscalía también ha tomado declaración a los denunciantes: madres que buscan a sus hijos, hijos que buscan a sus madres. "Los casos son muy variopintos, aunque abundan los de las madres solteras, en dificultades, a las que coaccionaban o engañaban diciéndoles que su hijo había muerto para quedarse con la criatura. También hay mujeres humildes, víctimas de los abusos de los señoritos para los que trabajaban, y otras mejor situadas", explica. "Una señora nos dijo que en el hospital le dijeron que su hijo había muerto y que ella nunca sospechó nada hasta que hace poco, la llamó un hombre por teléfono y le dijo: 'Hola, mamá'. Lo investigamos y vimos que no podía ser, porque este hombre tenía 39 años y no cuadraban las fechas. Dijo que se había equivocado de número".
...Por lo que ha visto hasta ahora, este fiscal campechano, nacido en un pueblecito de Segovia, está convencido de que el móvil económico no era el principal en las tramas de robos de niños. "No se puede decir que existiera una mafia con fines lucrativos. Esto se hacía por una falsa caridad, desde luego mal entendida, y las personas implicadas pensaban que estaban entregando a ese niño a una familia que ellas consideraban más adecuada. Con las cantidades que hemos visto que pagaban los padres adoptivos no se hacía rico nadie. Era otra cosa, una forma de poder. A pesar de ser una dictadura, durante los años cincuenta, sesenta y setenta había muy poco intervencionismo estatal, muchas cosas se dejaban hacer. Las adopciones se hacían a base de costumbre por organismos religiosos o seudoreligiosos en una época en que la mayoría de las enfermeras eran monjas".
Hay algo que preocupa mucho a este fiscal y lo repite varias veces durante la entrevista: "No quiero generar expectativas que vayan a ser cruelmente desmentidas por la realidad". "Aquí hay mucho sentimiento y el derecho se mueve por hechos fríos, tiene poca capacidad para comprender sentimientos. Lo digo porque el hijo que viene buscando a su madre biológica no se da cuenta de que, en el fondo, lo que hace es denunciar a sus padres adoptivos, que serían cooperadores necesarios [del delito]. La dificultad es gravísima. ¿Se imaginan investigar un delito de narcotráfico 40 años después, sin droga y sin delincuentes? Aquí muchos de los implicados han fallecido".
"Es tremendamente complejo reunir pruebas para un juicio", prosigue. "Si esto se hubiera investigado en los años sesenta, posiblemente habría muchos más reencuentros. La postura del fiscal general del Estado, Cándido Conde-Pumpido, es que la detención ilegal no ha prescrito. Ha ordenado que agotemos todas las vías... y lo haremos. Y si hay que exhumar cadáveres, los exhumaremos".

The story of a lost generation and the anguish of those searching desperately for their loved ones.

Imagine the grief a mother or a father must feel when she or he is told that her baby has died in childbirth. Then imagine what it must be like to discover, many years later, that the child had not died at all, but was secretly spirited away and given to someone else.
That is what happened in Spain during the 40-year dictatorship of General Franco. Spanish authorities are now investigating astonishing allegations that for over four decades government officials sanctioned the abduction of thousands of babies.
It appears that the thefts usually happened in maternity clinics and nursing homes, with the active collusion of doctors, nurses and even nuns, and that state officials and civil servants then helped with the cover up. Once the babies had been taken - often from women who were known political opponents of Franco or relatives of those who had fought against him during the country's civil war in the 1930s - they were then sold or given to childless parents among the regime's supporters.
Since the scandal broke last year, the number of cases has spiralled, with anguished parents wanting to know where their children ended up. Other claimants are people who have always suspected they were adopted and who now want to track down their true biological parents. But with records falsified, medical staff dispersed to the winds and officialdom slow to help, it is an almost impossible task.
Braulia Banderas Franco, from Valencia, has good reason to believe her baby did not die as she was told. When she eventually retrieved the birth certificate she found that her husband's signature had been forged on the document and that the name and location of the clinic where she gave birth had been falsified: "The names of the doctors are false. Everything is forged. It says that my baby died at midday, and that's not true. Everything is a lie."
Understandably the victims wanted the perpetrators brought to justice. But for lawyer Enrique Vila this is both a professional and personal quest. While he represents some of those demanding prosecutions, he says he too was adopted illegally and can not trace his birth mother. He now thinks the doctors involved should be in jail.
"Without a doubt they should. Some of those doctors are still alive and practising and there is enough evidence to convict them."

260 personas piden a la Fiscalía que investigue los casos de 'niños robados' en España

Los familiares piden que se investiguen casos desde 1950 hasta los años noventa.
En los últimos meses han salido a la luz cientos de casos nuevos. Las Fiscalías de Cádiz, Algeciras, Málaga y Huelva ya están investigando.
...Las historias de estas personas hablan de menores 'robados' a los padres naturales -en el hospital les decían que había muerto- y entregados, previo pago, a otras familias. En la mayoría de los casos aparecen además partidas de nacimiento falsificadas para ocultar el delito, partos certificados en falso por diversas matronas, religiosos captando familias... Según los estudios de Enrique Vila, cientos de personas podrían estar implicadas.
Los representados por Anadir provienen de todo el país. Al don Antonio Barroso y don Miguel Morro sus propios padres les confesaron que les habían comprado. Paloma Mosset sospecha, en cambio, que su hija no murió al nacer como le dijeron.

ACLARACIÓN del abogado FERNANDO MAGÁN sobre lo publicado por el diario ElMundo.es:
A finales de diciembre de 2010 la Audiencia Nacional se declaró no competente para investigar los robos de niños e instó a los familiares a acudir al Ministerio de Justicia para hacerlo por la vía administrativa, creando una entidad a nivel nacional que permita la investigación y el registro de datos, tanto de los padres que buscan, como de los hijos que han descubierto que fueron robados. El ministerio, de momento, no se ha pronunciado al respecto.
Lo anterior lo dice Marta del Vado. Pero no es correcto: El asunto sigue en la Sala Penal pendiente de resolverse. Y en el juzgado que era de Garzón pendiente que llegue la inhibición acordada por el juzgado 21.

Reportaje sobre los Hijos robados por la Mafia fascista en España

El reportaje de investigación, producido por El Mundo TV, aporta "nuevas pruebas y testimonios exclusivos". Se les quita (roba) los bebés a mujeres en situaciones económicas precarias o con pocos recursos, incluso se les llega a decir que sus hijos han nacido muertos (sin darles la posibilidad de ver sus cadáveres) y posteriormente se entregaban a las madres que habían pagado por ello, que previamente habían fingido su embarazo dentro de su entorno social para que nadie sospechara nada. La clínica San Ramón se vio salpicada en noviembre de 1981 por una operación policial que culminó con la detención de cinco mujeres y un hombre por presunta venta de recién nacidos. Un lote de esos críos fue a parar a Valencia, en concreto a varios municipios de la comarca de L'Horta sur (integrada por los pueblos de Catarroja, Albal, Alfafar, Benetússer, Massanassa y otros). En uno solo de esos pueblos viven hasta nueve de esos niños nacidos en el San Ramón, aunque entre ellos y sus vecinos son más conocidos como los niños de Madrid.Internet permite que estos hombres y mujeres hayan decidido formar una red de ayuda mutua. Hay adoptados que ahora, al buscar sus orígenes, no dudan en tildar al San Ramón de "maldito sanatorio"

Human Rights Watch clama por una vuelta a la defensa de los derechos humanos

La organización denuncia que países como China, Rusia o Egipto han ganado la partida. "Los tipos malos han puesto más energía en atacar los derechos humanos que los buenos en defenderlos". Si hay alguna manera de resumir un estudio de más de 500 páginas en una frase, Reed Brody, portavoz de Human Rights Watch, cree que podría ser ésta. En su informe anual sobre el estado de los derechos humanos en el mundo, Human Rights Watch, organismo dedicado a su defensa, señala que los países más implicados en su apoyo han perdido peso en detrimento de aquellos que no los respetan, como Egipto, Rusia o China. En el informe se asegura que algunos defienden el derecho de los gobiernos "a hacer lo que quieren", con argumentos como la soberanía, la no injerencia y la solidaridad internacional. "Los países que más presencia han tenido en el Consejo de Derechos Humanos de la ONU han sido aquellos que han dedicado todos sus esfuerzos a luchar en su contra", ha asegurado Brody a ELPAÍS.com desde Bruselas.
